We service and repair all types of watches but specialize in American pocket watches. Swiss pocket watches are generally not accepted.
The time it takes to service a watch depends on the complexity of the movement and any repairs needed. The typical turnaround time for a service is two weeks.
Yes, we offer a 1 year warranty on all watches serviced. If you experience any issues with your repair during this time, we will fix it free of charge.
Of course! Almost all watches serviced by us are done through mail. The watch should be packaged very well and sent via whichever mail service you prefer.
Your watch should be properly packaged into an appropriately sized box. If you can hear your watch bouncing around within the box, then it's no good! Any watch received in an envelope will be refused and sent back.
