Alloy mainsprings will always be used when available. NOS (New old stock) blue steel springs that have been properly inspected and tested are also an option. I do not use unlabeled China springs commonly found on eBay.

All open face pocket watches are replaced with glass crystals. Hunter watches will be replaced with glass when available and acrylic will be utilized alternatively. Wrist watches will be replaced using the appropriate material originally used. Fancy, extra thick, etc. glass are special order and price to be determined.
Cracked or broken hairspring collets.
Hole jewel, cap jewel, jewel in setting, jewel resetting, roller jewel, pallet fork stones, and resetting a jewel with shellac. Prices vary according to the material of the setting and labor to reset or shellac.
Hardware consists of any screws that are missing, damaged or incorrect as well as any other damaged or missing components within the movement.

Gold-filled cases are ultrasonically cleaned only and not buffed. This is included during the service of the movement. Plating cases is not offered.
